Where is your target market location?

Baltimore, New York, Houston, Washington DC

Who is your target audience?

68% Women 32% Men Ranging From Ages 18-64 [Mostly Entrepreneurs/ College Students]

What’s the “Why” behind your businesses?

I want young women/men around the world to know that when you change your mindset, surroundings, and take a leap of faith, the possibilities are endless! But you must be willing TO DO THE WORK! I don’t have the worst story, but my life was anything but perfect because of choices I choose to make.

It took me a few years to straighten up, but during that time GOD made me sit still before he allowed me to walk into the purpose that HE had for my life, NOT MY OWN. While doing what I love as a media correspondent/on-air personality/content creator, I want to use my platforms to start the discussion and to prove that if he’s done it for me, he’ll do it for you!

What is one major obstacle you had to overcome to become the woman you are today?

The power of “BALANCE”

How will people benefit from an experience with you?

It’s my hope that after an experience with me people walk away feeling motivated, inspired, and willing to JUMP into the destiny that God created for them.

How do you manage being a mom and/or wife and a thriving entrepreneur?

I’m a self-proclaimed “FEMpreneur” and single mother to a beautiful 6-year-old daughter. I manage the two by balancing & scheduling!

Any advice for those who are struggling with being a mom and/or wife and a thriving entrepreneur?

Create a schedule and be PRESENT! If you’re at home being a wife/mom, BE PRESENT! Leave work alone. When you’re at work, BE PRESENT! Leave your home life alone. Wherever you are, it’s important that you’re PRESENT & living in the moment. There’s nothing worst than accomplishing something yet forgetting the journey because you were so caught up in the “end result” that you forgot to be PRESENT!

Share any mommy/wife advice that you feel is necessary and priceless.

Your child follows your EXAMPLE, not your ADVICE.

Any advice for those who feel like they are stuck?

I know it sounds cliche, but you MUST KEEP GOING! You’ll eventually reap the benefits of what you’ve sown, and it’ll be the best moment ever.

Have you ever had to deal with negative people since becoming an entrepreneur? If so, how did you handle them?

Of course! I ignored them! Because if I allowed them to interfere with my mindset, I wouldn’t progress. So I simply “unfollowed” them on social sites, and really separated myself.

Any advice for those who want to become an entrepreneur?

Do your research and make sure that it’s something that you really want to do because there are NO DAYS OFF! Your business becomes your child. You must nurture, care for, and lead your child in the right direction at all times.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

The host of a syndicated talk show, author, speaker, wife, major brand influencer, and most importantly an AWESOME GOD FEARING mom/woman.

If you could give your 18-year-old self advice, what would it be?

STOP trying to grow up so fast! Enjoy the journey.

Who inspires you and why?

There are two women who truly inspire me! One, of course, being my mother. I am God fearing and handle almost everything with much class and integrity because of what I was shown growing up. No matter what’s going on, you must smile and keep pushing.

The second is executive producer/author Tressa Azarel Smallwood. She’s simply AMAZING and a true example of someone who God’s using to change the world “one book/mentoring session at a time.”

Share a quote/scripture/song that motivates you?

Ephesians 3:20 “God will do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that I ask or think because I honor him. His blessings will chase me down and overtake me. I will be in the right place at the right time. People will go out of their way to be good to me. I am surrounded by God’s favor. This is my declaration.
