5 Ways To Make Time for Your Boo During the Holidays- Part 5

As I close out this list of tips, I am hopeful that you have taken them to heart. It’s important that we make time for our Boo during the holidays since it’s easy to forget about their needs. This last tip is the most important to me and I think you will agree.

Tip #5

Thank Them – I cannot express enough how important thanking your spouse for their support, no matter how little you think it might be. Saying “Thank You” goes a long way. This gratitude opens doors for even more support for your future projects. If they brought a case of water in from your car, say, “Thank you”. If they waited up past their bedtime for you before you gave them their special time, say, “thank you.”

Also, try sending text messages throughout the day and especially at night, to let them know they are on your mind. Even though you may be nose deep in your busyness, taking a few minute to shoot them a sexy text, may do wonders for your love life. I’ll send Don a text while he is in the man-cave and I’m in the bedroom just to let him know I was thinking about him.

Men need to feel needed and wanted. It’s our job to do it or someone else will. That’s straight talk, with no chaser.

So sister girl, as you navigate through the holidays, try to remember, this season is not 100% only about you. Your spouse is affected too. If you incorporate these tips, you will have a great holiday season and a happy new year.

Making time for them will create a bond that you will cherish for years to come.

I know these last few tips have helped me tremendously. What about you?
